Disappointment!!!!

With MGS V: TPP around the corner. I was really excited I bought a GTX 960, bought ground zeros on steam, and someone told me about this awesome app that lets you use it with GZ. As soon as I downloaded this app I couldnt use it.
There is no PC support!
NO PC SUPPORT!!!
There is outdated console support. But no PC, the only system than can never get outdated, gets no support. A real shame!
